PORT OF ENTRY PUERTO AYORA: LOCATED ON ISLAND OF SANTA CRUZ. FOLLOWING AUTHORITIES LOCATED IN PUERTO AYORA: GALAPAGOS NATIONAL PARK SERVICE PORT CAPTAIN OFFICE LOCAL AGENTS OFFICE On arrival puerto ayora, agent and port captain will board Vessel. Port captain will perform cursory inspection. After Completion of inspection, agent, port captain and vessel captain Will go ashore to port captain's office for final entrance Formalities. Local agent should be contacted on vhf channel 06 "hotel sierra". Contact should be made on approach to santa cruz. Agent will advise port captain accordingly. After clearance is issued, visit to national park office is next On the agenda. At this time final cruising plan must be submitted For approval. Upon approval of cruising plan, payment of cruising Fees is accomplished. Local agents will effect payment on behalf Of vessel. Agent will assist with all park formalities. Fees are As follows: USD 200.00 PER DAY PER CREW/PASSENGER (CRUISE FEES) USD 100.00 ONE TIME CHARGE PER PERSON (NATIONAL PARK FEE) CRUISING PERMIT: INEFAN OFFICIAL NUMBER 20273-42 SSN-DGSMA AUTHORIZED CRUISING PERIOD 27 NOVEMBER TO DECEMBER 5, 1999 CRUISING PERMIT COPY IS ENCLOSED.
